This dealership is by far the worst Audi dealership in North America... If you want good service, a friendly atmosphere, and GOOD BUSINESS; make the drive to MA and visit Prime Audi Westwood. For service at Shearer/ Lewis: Make sure you ask for all the parts they replaced (they told me they were replacing 8 ignition coils, only replaced 3 and charged me for all of them- did I mention they were a recall item) For sales: I recently visited their dealership to look at an RS4, they clearly didn’t think I had the ability to buy it, proceeding to tell me it wasn’t on the lot. Sure enough, it was in the back of the lot under 3-4 inches of snow... All around bad business even with new ownership; don’t be fooled by the Shearer name, they have the same poor attitude that has been attached to this dealership for years. More
I was very impressed with Mike Hughes, the Sales Manager. I spent thirty minutes on the phone with him and bought my new Audi at the conclusion of the conversation. I received what I consider to be a fair price for my trade-in and a fair price for the new auto. Rick Hurlburt was extremely knowledgable and helpful when I picked the new Audi up a few days later. All in all buying the car was an easy experience handled in a most professional manner by Mike and Rick. I would buy another car from them in a minute and will recommend them and the dealership to my friends. More
