Every question I had was answered quickly and the price negotiation was darn near non-existent. They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do. Even found financing that matched my goal within Half a Percent. I was missing floor mats which Cabot said he would get, then no response. After 4 days, he said, "They will be here Thursday or Friday, will get them to you then". Well, time came and no response. Called, no response, emailed, no response. So then I emailed the manager who said he would handle it. no response. Two weeks go by and still no floor mats. Rene Morris in service finally got me the floor mats herself. Thanks Rene. More
