I bought a used RS7 from a non-Audi Dealership and they couldn’t get me the Window Sticker. I tried to use online tools but nothing worked-until I called Julie! She got me the sticker within minutes! When I told her I was going to sell my RS7, in hopes of finding a used SQ8, she told me to let her know if there was anything she could do to help during my search. I took her up on her offer and sent her a couple of VINs to see if any of the cars I was interested in had any major service issues reported and she helped provide insight which led to me picking my current car! Came in for a low oil light issue. I was told that my car is possibly burning oil. The appointment was scheduled quickly, customer service was patient with providing answers to all my I was told that my car is possibly burning oil. The appointment was scheduled quickly, customer service was patient with providing answers to all my questions, the diagnosis were provided in the video, and future steps were explained thoroughly. I found out that my mechanic was adding more oil than necessary, thus causing the alert to go off. Audi service department removed extra oil and I am hopeful that nothing got damaged in my car. Thanks again for your professionalism, quick response and sense of confidence you gave me during my appointment with you. More
