Audi Q5 Navigation system not working Let me start by saying, I am a new owner of Audi Q5, a 2018 pre-owned vehicle I bought from another dealer in Virginia a few weeks ago. My Navigation Let me start by saying, I am a new owner of Audi Q5, a 2018 pre-owned vehicle I bought from another dealer in Virginia a few weeks ago. My Navigation System (MMI) went completely off. The soft reboot method mentioned in the Audi Manuals were not working. As the dealer I purchased was gracious and wanted me to stop by, I did not have the time to drive all the way over there. In desperation as the weekend travel was approaching, I reached out to MJ ( Meredith Alex) who had been trying to sell me an Q5 from Silver Spring Aud ( I did not buy as the white color available was not my first choice in color). However, MJ asked me to stop by with my car and that she could have her service advisor Sunil take a look and see if it could be fixed. Friday, I drove over during lunch. The Service desk was really warm, asked me how they could help. They quickly got Sunil to take a look at my SUV. Sunil was the real deal, smart, proficient, he took charge, He asked me to be seated while he worked out a way to squeeze me into the workshop. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it and had the SUV back to me working in 20 minutes while I waited. Sunil then allayed a few other fears I had of sounds when I first accelerated as the ABS kicking in etc... All in all for someone who lost the sale to another dealer, MJ and Sunil made me feel like their best customer. Hats off to these two! I am glad I purchased an Audi and I dont have to feel that I have to go the dealer I bought. Keep up the good work Silver Spring Audi. More
