Lastly, the windshield wiper fluid warning kept coming online even though we regularly topped it off. After researching service centers in the DC area, we chose to work with Dimitra Anastasopoulous at Audi Silver Spring because of their positive online reputation. We were able to schedule a drop-off within hours of initial inquiry, and upon our arrival, Dimitra was waiting for us. She was very professional, courteous, understanding, and most importantly, communicative and empathetic to our needs. We were provided a Q8 loaner, which was in immaculate condition. At every point between drop-off and pick-up, Dimitra communicated status updates and kept us informed. To our pleasant surprise, the replacement parts arrived at the service center sooner than expected, and our vehicle had been washed and vacuumed free of charge when we picked up. We could not be happier with our experience, and we look forward to working with Dimitra and Audi Silver Spring in the future. More

Before I came in I forgot to wear my masks, I was looking if any masks in my bag out of the door...he had observed from inside and walked to me and pass me a new mask! So many details during the whole service process very impressed me!!! He is really awesome!!! Highest service standard!!! More

On June 19th, I purchased the Audi Q5 and I’m very pleased thus far with the car. On June 26, I experienced trouble with the vehicle not allowing me to put the car in the Drive mode and displayed a w pleased thus far with the car. On June 26, I experienced trouble with the vehicle not allowing me to put the car in the Drive mode and displayed a warming signal to park vehicle. I had car towed to dealer that evening. The next morning at 8:00 am Dimitra A. , service department, called to let me know the car had been driven and assessed-found no warning. Dimitra reviewed with me what she thought was the issue and explained the car was in the PARK emergency mode. Julie, service department, assisted me by FaceTime to try to resolve the problem. I appreciate both ladies dedicated service. More
