Excellent service. I recently had surgery and was unable to drive my Audi to the dealership for the 55k maintenance and replacement of my battery. He worked with me to make sure my vehicle was towed for a scheduled appointment, quickly and thoroughly serviced and returned to me. Went for a diagnosis only but during diagnosis the knocking sound was repaired by the efficient tech at the dealership and Evan Singham had the car spick and shined when I picked up. Julie was not very thorough in her explanation of the services and the price attached. She was not attentive to my question and didn't expand what the service I had done was. You could tell she just didn services and the price attached. She was not attentive to my question and didn't expand what the service I had done was.
