I had a great experience buying my certified pre-owned Audi Q3 at Audi Shrewsbury. I drove in to look at the car that was advertised online and Anthony met me on the sales floor. I immediately knew that he had a good sense of humor and found him to be very pleasant and professional. We went for a drive and he was able to answer all my questions with ease and patience. I didn't commit to buying the vehicle and told him I would return the next day. When I arrived, I was surprised that Anthony had the car washed, detailed, filled with gas and waiting for me. He was also prepared to evaluate my trade-in vehicle and did so expertly and quickly. We bought the car and came across 2 small issues, but he addressed both professionally and to my satisfaction. Anthony followed up with me to see how I was enjoying my new car. I asked if he could answer a few questions on setting up my system and he didn't even hesitate. He called me when I was ready and spent about 10 minutes working through the issue with me. He really made my experience of purchasing a vehicle so easy and enjoyable! Felicia was terrific, very knowledgeable and reassuring. I greatly appreciated her and the prompt service I received even though I didn’t have an appointment.
