Mike was fantastic and super knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing. The finance people were fantastic and got me an interest rate that ultimately I shouldnt have gotten because of my lower credit score was purchasing. I went to Audi Shrewsbury at the beginning of the summer. I wanted to get an oil change, any computer updates, and a detail. When I got my car back they told me that the connection to the server was not work I wanted to get an oil change, any computer updates, and a detail. When I got my car back they told me that the connection to the server was not working, the car wash was broken, and then proceeded to hand me a bill for about $350 for an oil change. Most of that coming from an inspection on a Audi Q5 that was only 6 months old. I went to another dealership only to find that the same inspection was complementary at the other dealership. Even though it's an extra 20 minutes away from the Shrewsbury dealership, I will never return to Shrewsbury Audi for service or to buy another vehicle. More
