This was my first time getting my new (to me) Audi Q5 serviced here, and the experience was great. Everything went smoothly and my check-in revealed the fact that I had a 40k service that my car was read serviced here, and the experience was great. Incredibly professional and excellent with constant communication about the status of my car. Bought a 2024 A5 Cabriolet but after agreeing to the deal I was told the delivery would be delayed because of the Continental tire recalls. Tires must be replaced.
