Michelle Martinson is absolutely amazing and is a huge asset to your company. She always goes out of way to help the customers and it is her number one priority to ensure each customer has the best exper asset to your company. I took my car in for service, they have a "got to wear a I took my car in for service, they have a "got to wear a mask policy". I have a medical condition that won't allow me to wear one. Employees inside, some are wearing masks and some are not. Ha, go figure! They did nothing to accommodate my medical needs and gave me a chair to sit in the service garage, mind you there are running vehicles with exhaust fumes that are overwhelming and outside temperatures are negative 3°outside. Hopefully, their service to my car is better than their masks policy. May go elsewhere next time. Update:The service manager called and apologized, which was nice, so ill bump this up to a two star review. As far as the service itself, i was told i needed $2k plus in suggested repairs but failed to tell me i have a tail light out and the dashboard light is still on. We're talking about a $5 lightbulb, if that(when taking vehicle in for service, one would think they would at least tell you or fix dashboard light issue) perhaps my expectations are rather high for Audi. Save yourself a headache go some place else. Walmart would of done a better job, better. And the icing on the cake is no response from management whatsoever. Way to treat a customer Audi More
