I just purchased a new Q5 a month ago from this dealer. They were very responsive right up to the sale. Yesterday I received a letter that my loan was not approved. This was a month after I was approved by They were very responsive right up to the sale. Yesterday I received a letter that my loan was not approved. This was a month after I was approved by VW America and after the first payment was made, being concerned that somehow there was an issue. Spent an hour on the phone trying to reach VWAmerica only to find out there was not an issue. Called the dealer and they told me they sent this letter to many of their customer in error. No apology just a statement that their vendor screwed up and I should not worry. I have not had any follow up since I purchased the car. I have no plans to ever buy a car from them again. I guess I thought buying a luxury brand came with more support. More
As someone who lives 5 minutes away and knew their next car would be a new Audi, my business was theirs to lose from the beginning. Lauren sets the bar high with her customer service!!! I have purchased 4 new vehicles since 2012. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. My wife and I chose this Audi dealership I have purchased 4 new vehicles since 2012. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. My wife and I chose this Audi dealership as our first stop on a Saturday to buy a new car. We have never owned an Audi before. Within 90 seconds of exiting our vehicle a salesperson was at our side. Her name is Lauren and she is knowledgeable, intelligent and fun to be around. All this wrapped up in a very professional package. We were shown the perfect Audi A4 for my wife and after a nice test drive decided to buy. The car is amazing and we love it, but make no mistake, Lauren is the reason we didn't feel the need to "keep looking" at another dealership. In fact, everyone we worked with in this entire transaction were cool people. This includes the GM. However, Lauren went above and beyond to take care of us. I am now a huge fan of Audi, because of the A4, not Lauren. :) However, because of the wonderful experience working with Lauren I will be buying 2 more Audis from Lauren. The next one coming in a few months. Thank you Lauren and the entire staff that we had interaction with during this process. Loved every minute of it. More

The dealership isn’t fancy (they are in a temporary location while they are building) but our salesperson, Lauren was fantastic! She was brand new when we walked in and was still learning about Audi’s but was so personable and listened to what we wanted with absolutely no pressure. We bought an A5 that they had at another dealership but when we got home my husband had second thoughts about the color and called her the next day. She was wonderful about it and walked us through the order process to have one built. Lauren kept us posted on the progress and we picked it up TODAY! If you are looking for a car call Lauren MacDonald!! She will take very good care of you and you will have fun with the process. More
Inefficient My fiance and I have had one big headache over our 2008 Audi A4 that we purchased in April of 2016. The car began to have issues with oil and an engin My fiance and I have had one big headache over our 2008 Audi A4 that we purchased in April of 2016. The car began to have issues with oil and an engine light in October of 2017. Long story short, we took it in to the dealership and by the time everything was said and done 3 months later we ended up paying $4,100 for a replacement engine, new turbo, vacuum pump and a few other random parts that had popped up. You can imagine our delight... Once we FINALLY got our replacement engine with a 90 day warranty on it, within the first 45 days the minimum oil light began to pop on again. So what did we do....we took it back to the dealership to see what was wrong. After about 20 minutes with the car they decided they, "had no idea what was wrong", and simply TOPPED IT OFF with oil and sent us on our way in April(still under the 90 day warranty). Fast forward to to present day and now we are being told that even with all the work we have had done on the Audi its going to cost around $1,500 to repair this replacement engine out of pocket. If they had just found the issues in the first place in April, it would have saved us a ton of money and we would have been able to have our car after almost half a years worth of issues finally in correct working order. I also contacted the general manager John Coats directly asking for options on what could be done. After not receiving a response for over a week and then calling and having another week go by I still haven't received any communication from him. We have been in the shop so frequently they know us on a first name basis, I had hoped that there would have been better service at this point. There have been some helpful people at the dealership from time to time, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I definitely would not recommend bringing any of your repairs here if you have other alternatives. it has cost us so much money and there has been no leeway to any of the monetary amounts that it has left us with a terrible taste in our mouth. More
