Back in September my husband and I were looking at the possibility of trading in both of our cars to become a one-vehicle household. He already drives an A3 so we decided to look at a Q7. Granted we did not have an appointment, so it took a while for someone to speak with us and take a test drive. Totally fine, they have a beautiful show room, coffee and seating so we had no problem waiting. Once seen, we told the associate what we were looking for and he was able to bring out a beautiful Q7 that was previously a courtesy car that had checked all of our boxes. Where this whole experience goes south is, the way the associate spoke to us. One specific example was when he was describing the headlight technology. When I asked what the actual benefits were, his response was "Because it's cool as S***." He then proceeded to tell me how my current vehicle is terrible, people were trading it in left and right (they had one come in on trade on their lot) after I had stated that I had loved it and both my husband and I had said that I would take some convincing to give it up. Overall, he was just very brash and rude, he gave very vague answers to all of our questions and left a terrible impression. More

I was appreciative of this because I previously had a negative experience with the service center on my previous Audi. Olivia's warm personality, clear communication, and presentation helped ease some of my concerns about the dealership in general and I even purchased a service contract. Nathan's also top notch. He made the F&I discussion smooth, easy, and gave me what I wanted. More

I took my car in for service, they have a "got to wear a I took my car in for service, they have a "got to wear a mask policy". I have a medical condition that won't allow me to wear one. Employees inside, some are wearing masks and some are not. Ha, go figure! They did nothing to accommodate my medical needs and gave me a chair to sit in the service garage, mind you there are running vehicles with exhaust fumes that are overwhelming and outside temperatures are negative 3°outside. Hopefully, their service to my car is better than their masks policy. May go elsewhere next time. Update:The service manager called and apologized, which was nice, so ill bump this up to a two star review. As far as the service itself, i was told i needed $2k plus in suggested repairs but failed to tell me i have a tail light out and the dashboard light is still on. We're talking about a $5 lightbulb, if that(when taking vehicle in for service, one would think they would at least tell you or fix dashboard light issue) perhaps my expectations are rather high for Audi. Save yourself a headache go some place else. Walmart would of done a better job, better. And the icing on the cake is no response from management whatsoever. Way to treat a customer Audi More

By far the best car shopping experience I have had in my 25+ years buying cars. If you are looking to purchase an Audi in the Kansas City Metro area, you need to stop here first.
