I HATE buying new vehicles, I feel like every transaction in the past was shady and covered in hidden fees and practices created to waste my time. Almost as if the dealership took pleasure in making my past experiences unpleasant. I walked into this dealership prepared for the taxing back and forth that I have inevitably grown to expect. We sat down in the chairs to talk "numbers" and in my head I thought okay, we have prepared for this....Imagine my surprise when we were confronted with none of that. Quite the contrary, it felt like we were talking as friends, not enemies prepared to defend our territory. I cant believe I'm saying this, but, perhaps buying a car doesn't have to be a dreaded process. What I'm realizing is, it wasn't the process, it was who we engaged in the process with. I can't speak for the whole team as we only dealt with Daniel, but for Daniel, I would recommend time and time again. More

Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience: 1. Our Q7 was dropped off at 8:25 AM for an 80k service. 2. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the pickup time, despite experience: 1. Our Q7 was dropped off at 8:25 AM for an 80k service. 2. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the pickup time, despite this being a supposed 3.5-hour service. 3. At 4:18 PM, I called, but the service rep was busy, and I was promised a callback. 4. With no response, I had to call again at 4:40 PM, considering the service center closes at 5:30 PM. 5. I was then informed that the car would be ready for pickup at 5:00 PM. 6. Upon arriving at the service center, I expressed my frustration about their lack of communication and received a strange response from another agent. 7. The Q7 wasn't ready until 5:21 PM. This level of service and communication is entirely unacceptable and has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience. I have zero confidence about 80 K service that I paid for. Typically the preliminary report comes and service rep talks about fixing any additional issues they find. Nothing of that sort happened, looking a sequence of events. More
