Shaun was very attentive and helpful. I happened to visit on a very busy Saturday and they let me test drive the cars I was interested in on my own so I could check them out without waiting around. This has been such a great experience. I called the dealership first, to check whether they had a car that would fit my needs. Chris answered all my questions over the phone, and was really helpful wit dealership first, to check whether they had a car that would fit my needs. Chris answered all my questions over the phone, and was really helpful without being at all pushy. When I went to the dealership, Chris showed me 3 different cars that fit my requirements, and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different options and offerings. When we went for a test drive, Chris did not simply take me just once around the block. He guided me to residential roads, some hills and tighter curves, and we took an exit to the highway to see how the car handled a faster course. It was very helpful to be able to test the car under these different conditions. He was also very transparent about price, without the "I need to check with my manager" shenanigans... This is key to me, because if the dealership doesn't trust its representatives to negotiate, why should I?! I was very impressed with their professionalism throughout. While I had hoped for an even lower price (and who isn't), I felt informed through the whole process. After I decided to make the purchase, the car was ready (with plates, inspection, detailed, new registration, etc.) the next day. Chris was not at all "pushy" and I felt comfortable taking the time to read the contracts I was signing. In my past car purchases, I've found that once the sale is a go, the dealer suddenly is in a rush to get signatures done, the new buyer out the door, as quickly as possible. Not at Audi Conshohocken! I felt at ease, and he even helped me transfer my out-of-state insurance policy. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, without last minute surprise fees or anything. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

It's always easy to arrange a service appointment, they work quickly so I'm not in the waiting area for hours on end, their work is top-notch and they are reasonable when negotiating the price of a car and the value of your trade-in. I used to absolutely dread buying a car because I always felt that most dealerships were "playing games" with me with price and trade-in value. Before I went to Don Rosen, I researched the actual dealer's price for the AUDI I wanted, the honest trade-in value of my car and what I could reasonably expect to pay as the difference: amazingly, there were no games being played with me, no "I'll-have-to-run-this-by-my-manager" sleight-of-hand and no B.S. I ended up within a hundred dollars of what I wanted the price to be. As for financing, I was approved by VW Credit in eight seconds. EIGHT SECONDS! Bottom line: are AUDIs pricey? Sure. Do you get what you pay for? Absolutely! Is Don Rosen a dealership that I feel comfortable about patronizing again in the furure and recommending? Without a doubt! Great cars; great service. Thanks! Good dealership. They are a tad pricy. Also...they give you a car wash ticket...but when you leave your car for a few days and it is sitting there, it would be nice to see them have it done for you. The Porsche side is quiet and comfortable, but there's only coffee and tea and there's no tv. More
This is the third Audi I have purchased from Don Rosen Imports. My last sales person Shaun Issac was the best salesman I have dealt with in all my years of buying cars (any brand not just Audi).I had stopped in to service my vehicle and decided to explore a trade in. As a woman, purchasing the car, I never felt that Shaun treated me any differently from a sales perspective because my husband was not present or involved in the purchase. Shaun worked with me to find the car I wanted. I wanted an A-4 manual. I would have settled for a 2010 but I was too late in the season so I purchsed a 2011. He was in constant contact by cell or email. Shaun was great to deal with he was friendly, prompt, efficient, patient and knowledgable about the car. It was difficult to find a A-4 premium manual. Shaun never tried to push me to make a decision to either buy up or down. I told him where I wanted to be with the financing and we worked with that. There were no A-4 manuals to test drive at the location so Shaun even arranged to have me go to another affiliated dealership (closer to my house) to test drive the vehicle. I have never purchased options such as wheel protection coverage or windshield protection but I trusted his advice so much that I made this purchase for the first time in all my years of buying cars. The 2011 is more computerized or has more gadgets then I really need. In fact, the car has a tutorial as all your questions are not readily answered. After the sale, I had some questions and Shaun promptly responded to the email. More
