Well we went to another Audi dealer, took a test drive of an Audi A4 Avant and then sat down with the salesman waiting for an appraisal and price quote. Instead he said "when you're ready come back". We had previously asked for a quote from Audi Conshohocken via email and Courtney got back to us with both a price for the car and our trade. The next day we drove down and Courtney was out but Chris (who just moved to his new desk moments before) very professionally walked us through the process and confirmed the previous quote. Even in the midst of his desk being in total chaos from the move he never missed a beat. Deal done in minutes. A few days later we met Courtney who got us through the paperwork in no time (no upselling!!!) showed us the beautifully detailed car (thanks Chris) and went over all the features of the car. We have never had a more pleasant car buying experience than this. Skip the other guys, go here and save time and money. More

The breaks still squeak. I have asked twice during service. Not satisfied with the answer that Q7 being a high performance car does that. Lexus is also, but they fixed the issue. THis is the second time this has happened. Steering wheel does not hear up the way it used to when the car was new and according to the service dept. it heats up fine. THis winter was harsh and the steering wheel did not even warm up. Need new tires next time ????? The car is two years old! Does Audi Q7 have issues with tires? My passenger side handle flew simply fell on the ground! I know that is an Audi issue, not dealership. More
