This was my first experience buying a brand new car. David Arena really worked with me and was able to put the deal together quickly without the "pushy" sales pitch that I've experienced in the past. Being in sales myself, this was very important to me. David also listened to me and met my needs without me having to keep going over everything several times. My main reason for working with David is that I've been servicing my A4 at his dealership since I've moved back to Philly. The last time I was in, David made sure that my loaner car was a A5 ( which I bought)because I was interested that model. He stayed in contact with me, whenever a car that I might be interested in came in, he would let me know. Great customer service! I also worked with Michael with my finance. He was able to pull together everything so quickly. Michael and David were also able to put a better deal together for me on the car I wanted. It was a great team I worked with. More

This is our first experience with Audi of Conshohocken and so far it has been positive. It is a little further than another Audi dealer we had dealt with previously, but we were never that happy with the and so far it has been positive. Very disappointed this service visit and the oil issue with this car. It is not the employee, it is the detailing group you used. I will say the inside was very nice and they did a great job on the badly soiled floor mats. I brought the car in for inspection with 20K. I was assured fluids would be topped off. I picked up the car 5:30 Friday May 27th and Saturday morning after 10 miles of driving the oil light went on! I had to top it off. Luckily I now am sure to carry a quart of oil in the car at all times since it is not predictable when the engine will need a quart. I am sure you are aware of the “issue” with oil consumption in the A4. When I bought the car the light went on at 3K and I was told that because it was a new engine it was working itself in. I have had to put oil in this car every 2-3K since I drove it off your lot. I had the oil changed at 15K service. The light went on at 17K (+2K) and AUDI service topped it off. Again at 19K (+2K) when I added a quart. Again at 20K???!!! Not a good record. I was also informed by my consultant after the inspection that after 20K I need 4 new tires within a month! Is this normal that you only get 20K on tires? My previous experience was 25-30K for tires. More

I had already test driven an A4 at another local dealer and although I loved the car, I did not feel I really understood everything that was included vs my buy up options. Additionally, the other dealer did not seem interested in searching for a car that had the interior color I wanted instead told me the pricing (which I did not beleive was the best) was for the car I test drove and that the interior color (black) was very nice (when I wanted beige). I received a call from Chris (who got my name/number from an internet search I was doing on my own to learn more about the car)and over the phone he told me more about the car than the other dealer did during my test drive. Additionally, he advised me of a supplier discount program that as luck would have it, my employer participates in so the price he was able to offer me was in fact the best deal around. My husband, kids and I went to Don Rosen's and test drove the car again, Chris located the car in my exact preferences and within a week, we were able to drive off the lot (yesterday!). The entire experience with Chris was pleasant and easy. Based on the sales experience, we will definately be back to buy our next Audi there. Having the car for just 1 day we have not yet experienced the service department however if they work similar to the sales dept. I expect our experience will be just as good. More

I came in for a scheduled oil change and all that goes with it and Albert could not have been nicer. He found me a rental car, a brand new A6 (awesome car) and the service was done very quickly.The cost w with it and Albert could not have been nicer.
