My service advisor Al was very helpful and did everything he could to accomdate me and was extremely nice. My only issue was that this dealership was going to charge me $450.00 dollars to put in 4 sparks plu he could to accomdate me and was extremely nice. I recieved multiple calls to confirm the appointment. When I arrived I received a very friendly welcome. I was in for a service light. Jeremy communicated to me throughout the waiting period. When I arrived to pick up my car Jeremy was on lunch, one of his peers recognized that I had just arrived at asked if she could help me. She then walked me through my bill and made sure I undersood the charges. The dealership is also having the car washed now instead of giving a coupon to be redeemed later which I greatly prefer.
