Avoid service here. This service department was a disaster in many ways. I had a decent experience buying here and had hoped to be a loyal customer. But several shortf This service department was a disaster in many ways. I had a decent experience buying here and had hoped to be a loyal customer. But several shortfalls on service and I won’t go back. Last straw was related to warranty issue and being run in circles, multiple visits back, and ultimate decision was very sketchy: I would have to pay for labor up front, then they would refund later when Audi reimbursed them. This isn’t how warranty’s work.. don’t put me in middle of your relationship with Audi. Also amount was ridiculous for a simple swap of a part – think I was being taken advantage of. There were other examples of car not being ready when I went to pick it up. And I’m still waiting for them to mail me the registration they forgot to put back in my glove box. More
