Great service all around from the time I dropped off my Audi S4 to the time I picked it up which was very fast. Got the 55,000 service done and the job was done in timely fashion. On 03-01-2013, I had my first service for my A4. It is running fine, so all I needed was state inspection and 5k service. From the time I called for the appointement to the time I picked my car up, every running fine, so all I needed was state inspection and 5k service. From the time I called for the appointement to the time I picked my car up, everything went smoothly, and I am 100% satisfied. The time and date I requested was accomodated. Charles Semler called me a few days prior to the appointment to check in said he would double-check that everything was set, and it was. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted and helped immediately by Adrian Miller. My loaner car was ready to go. The service took < 3 hours. I received an e-mail and also a phone call from Charles that my service was complete. When I picked my car up, it was washed and looked great. Adrian promptly out-processed me. The whole experience was very efficient. I plan to use Audi Conshocken again and will recommend it to others. More

A problem with the car radio recurred.
