Had my Audi A5 Cabriolet flat-bedded into dealer because of serious mechanical difficulties. Audi located and arranged for carrier to pick car up at my house and deliver to Conshohocken Audi. I had a major problem with my power steering rack which ultimately needed to be replaced......my car was just out of warranty and I was facing a potentially very expensive repair. I called and asked for an immeadiate appointment and help; Aiden and the service team came to the rescue by having the entire cost of the parts, labor etc. covered by Audi. They kept me advised since the parts were not readily available. My car was not drivable so they loaned me a brand new SA4 a really cool car.....Wow....now that is service! Many Thanks! More
