I am not a person who generally writes negative review emails but been a Audi customer and driving Audis for more than last 5 years and have been dealing and buying cars across Mercedes/BMW/Infiniti/Jaguar and Audi of-course in last 9 years. I wanted to regretfully tell you that for the first time - I had a unsatisfactory experience with the car service and the overall service level did fall short of expectations. So, I am stepping up to give a realistic review in a constructive manner. I would be reflecting the same in the survey received from Audi. Not because of frustration or anger or anything personal. But because, I believe that for future customers, service team can use my experience and feedback in a constructive way. During the course of my service on Saturday, I did try to bring up car related issues and my expectations from the service in a courteous way to you. I personally felt you were too busy to give the customer enough information or attention. I understand that Saturdays can be busy for you guys but as a customer, I still believe you being the service consultant could have provided a better experience..to point out a few things - 1. Even though I had booked an appointment in advance and request for loaner car was already put in, it was not very good experience being questioned why i need loaner and since service is small may be i should just wait. On top of that, the provided loaner was the most unclean car - both outside and inside ever. I would like to point it out that - my elder brother was accompanying me and I brought him with me to give him a hint of how professional and good Audi service and sales are..I hoped to get same service which I have got at my earlier Audi dealership in Willow Grove. I am proud of the utter pleasant experiences and the class service I have always got there. Based on that I had some expectations and that definitely was not the case at this weekend's experience. He is the one being a unbiased honest opinion - told me that the provided loaner seems like pulled out from being standing for months in dust and dirt. Just sharing with you what I was told. For me as a Audi customer and you as a Audi team - its not a good comment. 2. In addition, As part of service, if the tire was completely irreparable - there was no information shared with me as a customer, about the old tire OR what new tire has been put in - any warranty information on that. Anything for that matter. I was just asked to pay the money and check if car drives OK now. Would have appreciated if you as service manager would have given a walk-through of the things fixed. I am giving all these feedbacks based on my prior experiences with Audi and other luxury vehicles in general and hence, I would be holding your dealership to the same quality scale. 3. On top of that, to end a long service day which started at 9:30AM in the morning and ended at around 4PM. Me being a first time service customer and for a brand new car, the first 5K service does matter a lot. Everyone expects to drive home a clean tuned serviced car. I assume that is not too much to ask for. I did bring to your notice about the cleanliness of the car and the expectation that first service would be taking care of basic cleanup of car. The car was delivered though washed but still very unclean and spotted condition. Sorry to say but a regular $10 car wash does a much better job than what was delivered to me. As a customer, that was definitely heartbreaking. I even tried to bring it to your attention that the car does not look clean - and interestingly your response was - we did the best we could. The condition of the windshield can car were so bad right at your dealership, that I had to take these pictures (attached along with for reference) before I drove out from your dealership and went for a real car wash. It was just purely upsetting experience. I would like to mention here that - As far as sales experiencing go, I am still a fan and in much appreciation of both Chang and Floor manager -Aaron, who I have worked in last few months of 2013 to trade in my A6 and get this S4. As far as sales go - your team is still all aces in my book. But for service, with all due respect to your team, I have to regretfully tell you it was not good. Little things like putting floor paper in car post service to avoid mud to go in clean car, basic cleaning up on interior and exterior..those little things matter and those little things are expected from Audi dealerships. At this point, since Conshohocken experience does not turn out good and since 5k service is over - I wanted to bring it to your team's attention to do a better job for other customers in future. As for me, I think I will stick to nearby dealerships such as Audi Willow Grove or Audi Warrington for my future service requirements. Please do take a look at the pictures which were taken right at your dealership before I left the lot. If you were in my place, you would be feeling the same way as I am feeling as a dissatisfied customer. As a Audi fan, I wanted to bring it your teams attention to make sure this kind of experience does not become a common thing for other customers. This is the second pre-owned Audi I have purchased from Audi of Conshohocken and both were very good experiences. Both vehicles were late model low mileage vehicles in "like-new" condition. We went to this dealership hoping to find out more information about a used car. Great experience working with Ed from the time I came in to the time I left. While I didn't expect things to go so well with making my appointment the day before at closing, they fit me in and took care of to the time I left. While I didn't expect things to go so well with making my appointment the day before at closing, they fit me in and took care of the problem ahead of the time I needed to leave. I expected only to have a diagnosis, but instead had the problem taken care of and they also fit in my 25k mile service so I didn't have to come back in another month.
