There was a delay with the delivery but Ty stepped up to make sure I was taken care of while the new car was transported to the dealer. On the night I picked up the vehicle Ty had all the paperwork ready and went went over the car with me. I was out of there in less than an hour. In past experiences at other dealers this was the worst part of the transaction and wasted a ton of time. Great job all around Ty. More

"Unexpected Experience" This is my 3rd. Audi purchase (2 from different Audi dealerships) and it was "NOT" what I expected from a "Audi/Porsche" dealership. My salesperson, G This is my 3rd. Audi purchase (2 from different Audi dealerships) and it was "NOT" what I expected from a "Audi/Porsche" dealership. My salesperson, Guy Quigley was honest and a pleasure to work with. The issue was with the dealership knowing there was a dent on the automobile that was not disclosed to me. The auto I purchased is a 2012 Audi A4 S-Line black with black leather interior that is "Audi Certified Pre-Owned". The purchase was made in the evening, so I did not see the dent until 2 days later when I had it washed, I called Guy and he apologized saying he did not know about it. He had then left a message saying he spoke his boss and they were aware of it and did want to get involved with. With the amount I spent on this vehicle, I feel this should have been brought to my attention and could have been quickly resolved either with pricing or repair. Instead, I felt I was deceived and should not have been treated in this manner. Overall this matter was resolved, it took 3 weeks to do this because inferior quality workmanship. I spoke to Rob Gorman after picking up my automobile and he said "There would be revisions on the dealerships part so this would not happen again". I hope this is true. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Guy Quigley for future purchases. More
