Dropped my car because of a problem, they thought they solved the problem with just cleaning a panel with damp cloth. They didn’t even check if it was fixed or not, which it wasn’t. I had to make an appointment, and I was told it would take 1.5 hours, which seemed like a long time. I waited for my car. After two hours, I went to ask them to check on the status. It was ready, but nobody had told me. When I looked at my receipt, it had actually been ready about a half hour prior to my inquiry. I was missing work to wait for something that didn't seem like it should have taken so long, and I wasn't happy additional time was wasted just waiting to me notified my car was ready. They didn't really seem busy, either. More
The service was good , however I was surprised that my car was not even washed ... even at the Ford and Honda dealer I would get a complimentary car wash ...
