I used the VIP pick up service. The Audi San Diego Staff that pickup and dropped off my car were very professional. The service performed on my Q5 was great. However, the communication between myself and th that pickup and dropped off my car were very professional. The service performed on my Q5 was great. However, the communication between myself and the service advisor was almost non-existent. My car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was not returned to me until the next day. I was never told I would be without a vehicle for over 24 hrs. When I called to get updates on my car all I got was voice mail and my messages were never returned. Poor communication ruined my experience with your organization. More
The level of service and attention that the Audi brand is known for was non-existent. Is this the kind of service we can expect moving forward? Is audi no longer a luxury product? The service advisor (Damien Burton) was truly very professional and a joy to work with. This is my fourth year visiting the AUDI service center (1 time with 2016 A6) and my third time taking my 2018 professional and a joy to work with. This is my fourth year visiting the AUDI service center (1 time with 2016 A6) and my third time taking my 2018 S6, and I have to say that even though the previous experience were good...this time was OUTSTANDING. I would like to keep Damien as my service advisor for all future visits to the service center. More
I purchased a used Audi A3 from Audi San Diego a few days ago and had a great experience with Ferduke Martinez. I was a little worried when I got a warning light the next day. Now, I realize that issues can happen at any time so I tried not to overreact and just brought it in for service. You always hear horror stories about people buying a used car and then having expensive repairs within a few days. It could not have been more the opposite at Audi San Diego. Nacho Mireles went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, the issue is getting fixed and covered under a warranty that you typically wouldn't get with a used car purchase. I couldn't be happier. They stand by their product here and at every step they treated me like a valued customer. Thank you Audi San Diego! More
Amy was very helpful took care of me when they were about to or just closed. Car was overheating and i was in a panic but she opened the doors got me in and ride(shuttle) home and A loaner car the very next to or just closed. Service Dept. could not help with failed smog check I failed the smog check with a permanent diagnostic trouble code (PDTC) in the vehicle's computer system. The service tech claimed it does not exist b I failed the smog check with a permanent diagnostic trouble code (PDTC) in the vehicle's computer system. The service tech claimed it does not exist because he does not see it with his expensive audi diagnostics equipment. I had the vehicle scanned by 3 independent techs afterwards and they all confirmed the PDTC is there. I finally found a knowledgeable VW tech sho confirmed that the Audi equipment doesn't show these codes and that they will only go away after the car's computer detects sufficient drive cycles to confirm the issue is resolved and then clears the code. I also learned that you can pass the smog check if the car completes 15 warm-up cycles and 200 miles since the last code clearing. I would have expected the experts at Audi to provide this information, but they seemed clueless about it. Note: George did his best to help me out. My complaint is with the service tech who doesn't seem to know the details... More
