Worst experience EVER. Robert Mendoza of Audi San Diego quoted my daughter $290 for an OIL CHANGE. When my daughter asked why, he said, "We charge by the hour." Other dealers in the area charge $99. It was her first time bringing her new car in for service. I have called and called and left messages and no one in the Service Dept. will speak to me. I finally called the Sales Dept. and spoke to Natasha Fulton. She said she thought it sounded like a lot for an oil change. She said she would try to intervene. She sent my concern over to Service Manager, Julie Andresen, but Julie has not responded to my email or my voicemail. When I called Natasha back, she said that it was the correct price for the oil change. $290 is the correct price??? This happened on Saturday, May 29, 2021. It is now June 1 and no one is getting back to me. I am not going to let this go. They ripped my daughter off. They know they did the wrong thing and that is why everyone is avoiding my calls. No one should pay $290 for an oil change. This is a prime example of price gouging and extremely bad customer service. More

Dropped off vehicle for a routine oil change on a Tuesday, was told it would be a few days. Had I not needed it done before traveling for the holiday I would not have left it. We did not get car back Tuesday, was told it would be a few days. Had I not needed it done before traveling for the holiday I would not have left it. We did not get car back till Thursday late afternoon. When texted service advisor at 8:30am Thursday Morning for update- was texted back let me check with dispatch. Almost 3 hours later still no response and I texted him again for an updated and was told that it is in the shop being worked on. At 3:13pm was texted that car is ready for pick up but when arrived it was getting washed and we had to wait again. You should have never allowed for appointments if you did not have staff to perform work in a timely matter. Covid or not. Then charged 461$ for an OIL CHANGE are you kidding me. Never ever with I bring this car in for service. Outrageous- Terrible service and responsiveness by staff. Extremely disappointed! More
My Audi had an extremely flat tire and a few door dings. Audi Roadside Assistance towed my Audi to the dealership. I coordinated with the Service team and requested my favorite Service Technician, Jerald Ca Audi Roadside Assistance towed my Audi to the dealership. I coordinated with the Service team and requested my favorite Service Technician, Jerald Camacho, to handle my Audi. He was able to secure me with a courtesy vehicle while my Audi had to stay in the shop for a few days. Thanks to my Audi Pure Protection and Road Hazard Plus coverage, Jerald worked his magic and took excellent care of my baby. Thank you again for your customer service... Jerald is awesome! More
I have been coming to this Audi dealership for YEARS! Each visit is always positive. I will not go to another Audi dealer. I did that ONCE only because Audi San Diego was closed. NEVER AGAIN! I use the same Service Advisor Damien every time, and every time Damien takes care of me and puts me at ease. Damien is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me. It's nice when you are able to bring your car in knowing everything upfront so there are no surprises, and, if there is an issue, it will be discussed with you prior to the work being done. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. I really do not see myself going any where else unless I end up with another auto maker. I doubt it. I'm on my 4th Audi. More
