Worst Dealer service experience ever. Took appointment and did not advise the car would not been seen for days. Spoke with Service manager about delay on diagnosis of vehicle, She seemed to think its p and did not advise the car would not been seen for days. Spoke with Service manager about delay on diagnosis of vehicle, She seemed to think its perfectly okay to not get to the car the same day as the drop off - If there was a loaner, this may be okay but - i could not get loaner with appointment 3 weeks ahead and possible service engine issue which may have stranded - the attitude was amazingly not caring and not apologetic in any way. Charged multiples of MSRP for parts. Nice video inspection but was a $3000 additional repair really necessary when a simple bolt can do the job? 10 days for repair, no wash, no road test. Brake job quoted at 3X independent shop - can pay a bit more for dealer but 3x is outrageous. Minimal communication from advisor. Will find another way to service or buy a vehicle based on this horrible experience. More
This was probably the worse experience I've had with a dealer. I was trying to see if they had any options to pay upfront and then secure the automobile when I had the opportunity to come back into town i dealer. Denise Oliver told me that it is not in the best interest of us to hold the car. She told me I had to come into the store to test drive before I could make a purchase. I contacted the dealership to talk with management, I was told I would receive a callback and never did. I also wrote management but never received a word back. I was literally trying to get them to take my money and they wouldn't. I've never experienced anything like this especially in today's market where many dealers offer deliver-to-home options and the array of internet companies that will deliver your new purchase to your home. More
I've owned my RS3 for nearly 4 years now and have had very few issues with it, but every encounter I have had with this dealership has been friendly and professional. Horacio has taken care of all my service needs, always making sure my car is well taken care of, and greeting with a friendly smile. He knows I prefer texts and keeps me updated with any service requirements and letting me know when my car is ready for pick up. My experience with this, my first Audi, and this dealership has turned me into a huge fan of the brand and I'm hoping for an eTron version of my RS3 soon. More

Unprofessional. I took my car in due to a loss of pressure in the front tire. I had an appointment same day I called for 3:40. Turns out there are no techs available at that time because they all go pressure in the front tire. I had an appointment same day I called for 3:40. Turns out there are no techs available at that time because they all go home early. No loaners available either. I have had preformed my 20k service at this dealership and had to book 3 months in advance for a loaner. 24 hours later it was diagnosed that I had a puncture in the tread of my tire and they will not patch it because it’s “something they don’t do” but wanted me to buy a tire for $305. I took the wheel to an independent shop and it was determined through a soap test that the puncture was actually through the side wall and it would be $180 to replace. Audi San Diego was also kind enough to suggest I need new rotors after 30k miles for over $1200. Service is awful, and they try to upsell you at every chance they get. Take your business elsewhere.
