Be ready to wait for your car. Made appointment two weeks in advance for simple factory recall. Once I dropped it off, no one touched it that day and after a terse conversation at the end of the day, weeks in advance for simple factory recall. Why use appointments if you are just going to sit on cars? Second time this has happened at this dealer. Explanation given is that they were busy. Priority should be given to appointments but maybe it is being done by which car service brings in the most $$$. Not sure I can go here again and get that runaround... More

I texted my service manager, Nacho Mireles and he gave me the telephone number of the towing service and took it from there. It is a relief, as a recent widow, to know I have someone at San Diego Audi as reliable and capable as Nacho to rely on for any needs for my Audi. He is truly a godsend! When a new battery was installed in my car, Nacho sent a Lyft to pick me up in Pt. Loma and bring me to the Audi Service facility on Mira Mar Road - excellent customer service! I couldn't ask for anything more! You need to give nacho a BIG raise! :) More

Even though the pickup was with another service advisor, I know as long as Jerald has gone through the paperwork beforehand, checking out is seamless because the entire service team is so friendly.
