inaccurate inspection results and poor attitude I booked an oil change and shared engine light on. (This has happened 3 times since purchasing car in June, and each time the results from various rep I booked an oil change and shared engine light on. (This has happened 3 times since purchasing car in June, and each time the results from various repair shops have shared the code reading is not consistent. The light goes off for a while and returns, with new readings). When I went in for my scheduled oil change, I was told they dont do oil changes. They only provide services and can do the one I had a "free coupon for" when I first came to them after buying the used Audi in June ... for $199 or the 95K one for $499. I came for an oil change and a reading on the code. Instead I paid $400 for an oil change and was given an estimate for new pads and brakes and $5K for motor mounts etc. I took to 2 other shops. Both confirmed they were not sure where the pad/rotors recommendation came from (as I had just had that done less than 3 or 4 months ago) and said the code reading was inconclusive, so I will now be going to another specialist to get the engine light corrected. I don't need to be part of a quota. I've already been swindled by PCH Auto on this vehicle that I still 9 months later do not have clear title to and paid for a warranty but it was never purchased by the embezzler that owned PCH Auto in Oceanside. I've spend over $4K in repairs, Paid $9K for a little used car to get me around and now I have untrust worthy suggested repairs that put my repairs above the cost of the vehicle in just 9 short months of ownership with no clear title. (In other words I can't sell it.) More
