Damien is our service manager, and as always this visit was top notch! This service appointment was quick, efficient and 100% satisfactory! We had a warranty issue and he went out of his way to make the pa was top notch! This service appointment was quick, efficient and 100% satisfactory! Damien is the best there is. Brought my R8 in to fix a nagging steering alignment issue. Damien quickly arranged for me to ride with one of the R8 mechanics (Jeremy) who was able Brought my R8 in to fix a nagging steering alignment issue. Damien quickly arranged for me to ride with one of the R8 mechanics (Jeremy) who was able to validate the problem. He set me up with a loaner and I was on my way. Car was fixed in 24 hours and returned to me. No hassle and the problem was correctly addressed. I work with Damien all the time for any issues on my R8. He is consistently professional, responsive, and courteous. Sets the bar for a service experience. Highly recommended. More
