I recently dropped my vehicle off at your dealership on Friday for 2 recalls. It came back that my thermostat bracket is broken only a few days outside my warranty. I’m really upset about the decision that your dealership chose. I love my car but now I can’t drive it without the fear of my vehicle overheating or worse catch fire! I appreciate your diligence in making sure I’ve taken the necessary measures to insure my safety due to the recalls. During this time of our pandemic with Covid-19, I had hope that Audi would done the right thing to ease my anxiety about the recent discovery of my broken thermostat just a few days outside my warranty and during our pandemic. However, I was told to wait until it causes more damages. I honestly can’t believe this what I heard. Please forward my letter to your general manager and service manager. Ask them to review the video that was sent to us by your serviceman. I would like to dispute this decision. More
