I had a terrible experience from a rude advisor in the beginning(Nacho) to a very rude and unhelpful manager(Russ) at the end who just blames the call center for everything that happened and even told me beginning(Nacho) to a very rude and unhelpful manager(Russ) at the end who just blames the call center for everything that happened and even told me he can’t control what the call center tells me because they’re 2 completely different departments.
