After more than a decade of being an exclusive BMW customer, I'm overall very pleased with Audi's service. The one area of improvement for them would be to get a larger fleet of loaner cars. The first time I arrived recently for my scheduled service appointment they didn't have a loaner car for me, leaving me no choice but reschedule for another time. More
