George is simply the best. George is the whole reason I ever ended up at Audi San Diego as I have said in a prior review. I later bought a car at the dealership simply because of that experience and he has always taken care of servicing the car. He is simply the best.....there was even an occasion when he referred me to an auto body shop and they took great care of me because they knew George sent me over. He is very knowledgeable and always has his A game. I have owned Audis for years and he is by for at the best service technician I have ever dealt with. More

Didn't do unnecessary work I liked that they did not do services I did not need and charging me for it. They looked to see if I needed a tire rotation, I didn't so no charges! Quick, Professional, Attentive Service Brought my A3 in for a 15k mile servicing, I didn't even make it to the front door before I was greeted with a welcoming smile that was followed with, Brought my A3 in for a 15k mile servicing, I didn't even make it to the front door before I was greeted with a welcoming smile that was followed with, 'How can I help you today?' Despite not scheduling an appointment for the servicing, I was immediately set up with an employee to arrange a loaner car to enable me to get back to work in a timely manner AND they serviced my car(including 1 fuel pipe recall and a software update) before I got off work, so I was able to pick up my car that same day! Upon leaving with my fully serviced car, I was asked if everything looked great(it 100% did!) and if I needed directions to get to where I was going. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and really valued my time. More

Service Department is Amazing I worked with John and Erin in the service department for a software update and additional engine light issues. They literally got me in and out for t I worked with John and Erin in the service department for a software update and additional engine light issues. They literally got me in and out for two situations in two days. The loaner cars are SO nice and I felt like they really cared. I love Audi of San Diego. John also helped me with my tags that I accidentally threw away. The lady who works on registrations called me the same day with multiple solutions. I juggle a lot in life and Audi makes handling my vehicle a great experience. THANK YOU. More
