I purchased my 2018 Audi Q3 from Raul at AUDI SAN DIEGO, Miramar Rd, and have continued to get excellent service there since 2019. Nacho, my service adviser, is professional, informative, and friendly. Alw Miramar Rd, and have continued to get excellent service there since 2019. Nacho, my service adviser, is professional, informative, and friendly. Always takes the time to explain any repairs/issues with my car, and calls to insure my warranty will cover costs. Appreciate his communications throughout the process, and like that they send you a video detailing the car checkup. Nacho also arranges a Lyft ride for me when needed. This level of great service by Nacho and the Audi repair shop is what keeps me coming back to AUDI SAN DIEGO. More

Many points for failure. - Tried to charge $250 to diagnose adaptive cruise control issue before determining if repairs are covered under warranty - this amounts to pressur - Tried to charge $250 to diagnose adaptive cruise control issue before determining if repairs are covered under warranty - this amounts to pressuring customers to not use warranty. - Tried to charge extra $250 for brake flush when I was told (and I asked to clarify) on multiple occasions that the $638 I was quoted was the final price for 60k miles maintenance. - Did not give $50 discount for tires as promised verbally. - Took over ~ 40 minutes to locate car after I paid ONLY AFTER I FOUND THE CAR MYSELF on the lot right in front of service driveway. I was told they were looking for my car at various charging stations but it was never charged as promised. - Car wash did not clean interior at all, unlike previous experiences. More

Though there weren’t any loaner vehicles available at the time that ensured that the problem we were having with our vehicle was properly documented. Once the problem was diagnosed and confirmed, Gustavo contacted us and let us know the possible day of completion. When our vehicle was completed, sent me a text.
