Appreciate his communications throughout the process, and like that they send you a video detailing the car checkup. Nacho also arranges a Lyft ride for me when needed. I was told they were looking for my car at various charging stations but it was never charged as promised. - Car wash did not clean interior at all, unlike previous experiences. More
