Service personnel unprofessional and experience was not satisfying. Kept the car for two days on a brand new 2019 etron with less than 2100 miles. Received letter in the mail from Audi indicating car neede satisfying. Kept the car for two days on a brand new 2019 etron with less than 2100 miles. Received letter in the mail from Audi indicating car needed a software update. Initial call to request appointment yielded no called back after speaking with service representative. 1 week after speaking with someone on the phone I called back and secured appointment. Brought in car for appointment at 1 pm and no one called to let me know status. Went to pick up car at 4:30 pm and service personnel told me they needed to keep for extra day. Car serviced by next day at 3:30 pm. Went to pickup car and no one explained details of the work. Several additional notes were made during initial consultation regarding car’s inability to charge fully, windshield wiper function, and license plate installation. Noticed when getting the car the charge was still not at capacity. Went and spoke to Nacho my service advisor and he said that’s the way it is with the electric. Upon returning to the car noticed fingerprints all over the driver side door, trim, and window. Went back to request Nacho to have someone clean and he gave me a cloth to clean myself. I brought the car in newly washed and got it back with finger prints and water spots on the entire hood. Appears to have been left outside over night. Lastly, upon picking up the car and waiting to speak to Nacho noticed him speaking to another service advisor. The second advisor noticed that I was waiting and communicated to Nacho to go ahead and service/take care of me first. Nacho told him no worries I’ll finish with you first and then take car of him (me, the customer). I waited patiently but annoyed that his colleague clearly told him that he would be back later so he can take care of the customer first. The most positive experience I received during my visit was the individual who welcomed me after parking and directed me into the service office. He was kind, generously opened the door and said someone will be right with you. The lyft rides were very helpful and prompt. I did request a loaner but was told no cars were available. I always considered Audi a top brand and the design simply amazing but my experience with the service department at Miramar did not match the quality that Audi is known for. More
