Very best service writer!! I was a little disappointed that an oil change and a tire rotation would take over 2 hours. They have been good in the past but dropped the ball this time. They missed my appointment @ 10 AM. I called 2 times and was reassured they were coming for my car. I was informed when I called at 3:30 they now were not able to make it and actually Scott (?) was surprised my car wasn't picked up yet. He apologized and said tomorrow morning. The next day, a young lady was nice and efficient with the paper work but the inside of the car that she dropped off was disgusting and very dirty! There were food crumbs in the console and floor, sticky spray on the steering wheel and dash (like a soda was opened) straw wrapper in the door, hand and nose prints on the windows, ketchup on the floor mat, hair in the back seat. There was also a person's paperwork left in the middle console, maybe the guy before me?. I also took pictures as well. I actually cleaned the car out when I got it! There was NO way it was sanitized before I got it. As far as the service that was done it was done right. The estimate on my rear light was high compared to the Escondido Dealership. There were no issues when I dropped it off. More

Great experience! I normally go to Audi Carlsbad, but since Audi San Diego is closer to my home, I went to this location to get my car serviced. My service included rep I normally go to Audi Carlsbad, but since Audi San Diego is closer to my home, I went to this location to get my car serviced. My service included repairing all the broken wires from rodent damage and a reseal cam bridge because I had an engine oil leak. A couple hours after my car was dropped off, I received a text notification with a video attached showing me a walk-through video of my vehicle. The video identified the rodent damage and the engine oil leak. Jerald Camacho was my service advisor and he answered all of my questions with professionalism, and gave me all the required details of what was being done to my vehicle. I have had bad experiences at Audi in the past, which is why I am very hesitant on which dealership I visit. Jerald will be the reason why I will be coming back to get my car serviced here.
