My biggest problem was the lack of communication. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:20 and it wasn’t ready for pickup until nearly 4pm. Around 1 I had to reach out for an update being I was told it should be fairly quick since it was just a 10k mile tuneup. But then I was told they were backed up from the day prior, it understandable, but have the professionalism to communicate that. Leading up to my appointment I was told the loaner vehicles were all booked and when I arrived that day they said I could take a loaner if i would like, but I had already arranged a ride who was waiting for me. Again, if I would’ve had some communication from the service department I would have gladly taken the loaner instead of inconveniencing someone for a ride. More

(Purchased 5/27 NOBODY has reached out to me for repairs) -placed complaint to Audi international (was told the case would be closed nothing can be done) I purchased A 2017 certified pre owned vehicle and I have Been in a loaner car more time than I have Been in my own and all I get Is apologies More
The service department sure likes to waste my time. Time is Money and apparently this mantra doesn't exist with the Audi Service Department. Once again courtesy and expertise in customer care were at the forefront of my experience. Thank you Audi San Diego. I always know my car and concerns are listened to and cared about. When I got to my service appointment the service rep wasn’t available, the lady who helped me was really nice. They explained that there was no loaner car for me. They sent me on Lyft to an appointment I had and then I had to come back with another Lyft to the dealership. All the time wasted is not cool. If I buy an e luxury car I should get a loaner. If someone buys an inexpensive Audi they should be first come first serve. I will return back to BMW where they have clear policies. In terms of service they took more than a week because supposedly the link to Audi in Germany was bad and couldn’t do the update. More
