There was recall work needed on my Audi TTS and he had already ordered the part for my appointment. No hassles or delays! George is just the best: easy to get a hold of by phone or text, responds promptly, so positive about my concerns or questions I have, highly experienced and honest, and I could go on and on. Kudos also to the guys who greeted me when I first pulled in to the dealer. There was no down time at all and my fob batteries were changed within two minutes. Just a smooth, efficient operation.
