Unfortunately it was the dirtiest laon car that I ever drive I took my Q7 to service. My advisor Julio was great, he was very polite and friendly. I had no problem with him at all. Other employees were very friendly as well. However, the loan car that they have provided was so so so dirty. I had to take it to wash to go to work.... I have a mercedes as well, and when I take it to service, they give me a mint condition loan car. And the other thing is, my car was not washed well after the service. These are the things which are called "complimentary" but being have to wash the loan car to drive it, was really not a complimentary at all... These are very important things. I used to have a BMW and they were also just like a mercedes. Always clean my car after service just like a brand new. and the loan car they provide is always super clean and nice. More

PAINFUL LESSON TURNED POSITIVE THX TO SD AUDI!!!! I purchased a 2009 Audi Avant A4 wagon from DON BRAGG 2 years ago. I travel 25K miles a year so it was time for me to turn my A4 wagon. I loved the I purchased a 2009 Audi Avant A4 wagon from DON BRAGG 2 years ago. I travel 25K miles a year so it was time for me to turn my A4 wagon. I loved the car and my experience with their service department (GEORGE GUSHLAK) was excellent. I was hesitant to buy another due to repairs I had on it - but every repair was covered under the 100K CPO. When my car was in for repairs, I was always given a beautiful Audi loaner car and they made every effort to work around my hectic schedule. I had owned 3 Volvo wagons prior to my Audi so I was still not sure I'd get another Audi. In November I started looking at a variety of cars. Nothing thrilled me like Audi. DON BRAGG KNOWS HIS AUDI PRODUCT INSIDE AND OUT. He is polite and no pressure. Desperate to make a decision, I went in last week to look at an Allroad wagon Don had told me about but thought I could settle for a Honda CRV (less cost, , reliable, good mileage). In my heart, it was a step down from the luxury wagons I had driven and I do not like SUV's. I bought the Honda and the minute I got home I called Don to tell him I had made a huge mistake. Audi took the Honda back (without the cooling off agreement) and gave me the option of taking my old A 4 wagon back or anything from their inventory. Their main goal was to have a happy customer, not make a sale. I was stunned. SD Audi offered me top dollar for my A 4 wagon (more than any other dealer did) and an amazing deal on their Allroad wagon. All I can say is they have won me over!!! I am now a very proud owner of a car that suits me, is visually stunning and a pleasure to drive. YOU CANNOT PUT A PRICE ON QUALITY NOR LUXURY SERVICE - it goes hand in hand and Audi SD has demonstrated that to me since I bought my first vehicle there. THANK YOU to the incredible staff there. Great experience with Don Bragg I had come in at closing time on a Saturday and don took the time to show me cars and take me for a test drive. He was very knowledgable of the produc I had come in at closing time on a Saturday and don took the time to show me cars and take me for a test drive. He was very knowledgable of the products and was able to show me what the car can do. He was not pushhey and worked with me to get a good deal and take the time to sell the car. Great dealership and I would recommend dealing with Don personally . Rosalina in finance was fast and didn't push stuff I didn't want but offered explanations of everything More
Great experience with bad ending Overall a decent experience. My only gripe would be that one of my tires was damaged while in their possession and had to be replaced at my expense. The rest of the tires still had tread left, but due to the Quattro system replacing one or even two was not an option. So $1000 and 4 new tires later I finally had my car up to working condition. Things like " you'll look so great in that car ... it's the hottest car" this is a disgusting tactic when you haven't even met me or assessed me in the car yet - lame and irritating. Comes off untrustworthy. Service needs revamping. The Better Business Bureau indicates most concerns from this Audi dealership are from service. With fairly new management, it still falls short in my experience. No communication to customer. I made an appointment weeks ahead with Brandon German. Parts were in facility. I was promised expectations of the car being ready after 4 hours. 8 hours later, I'm just now being told that there is a delay and that they are still looking for the part they should have had. This communication was via email... very impersonal and delayed. I'm already pulled into the dealership at this point . Ridiculous . I will be honest and say that when I spoke to Scott, they were able to acutely work on my vehicle , which was then ready another hour later, however, not completely finished and still needing work which I am hesitant to scheduling. If you want your patience tested, this is a good place. A customer should not be the one taking initiative for follow up. Especially at a reputable and respected establishment. Business needs addressing as well. Don't bother calling, you will only end up with the front desk and voice mails each time. After 2 months of communication and requests for a call back, I am still waiting from Karla and Rosalina to call back. Responding at a Glacial pace is the consistent factor in the whole place. With all of this, I am still enamoured with Audi. It's sophistication , it's refinement , it's prestigiously perceived, and a lot more I would ever want in a vehicle. This is my 2nd purchase in the brand with plans for loyal longevity and future purchases. I would hate for experiences like these to tarnish the brand. My wish is for Audi SD to align better with customer's needs and to stop giving false impressions of grandeur. Every customer is important. More
