Great service and friendly staff I brought in my A3 for a software update and as always, everybody was nice, friendly and efficient. Still in the honeymoon stage but couldn't be happier! Our first Audi and loving it! Took a drive from La Quinta after receiving an email from Ray that the gently used A4 which caught my attention had just sold. Ray asked if I would be interested in a new Audi if he could provide a smoking deal? We jumped in the car for a Mothers day road trip arriving later than planned. I missed an exit. In spite of arriving at 3:40 when the dealership was closing at 6:00, Ray took the time to give a great intro into all things Audi to a newbie to the brand. We started a test drive with an A4 Quattro, moved on to a FWD A4 and then moved to the A3 model. Not one test drive was rushed and we were given opportunities to wind the vehicles up. After several test drives I found myself leaning towards the A3. At this point Ray asked if I had considered Diesel. I had not and knew zilch about Diesel. Ray educated me and we test drove a TDI. Long story short I am loving this car. I'm blown away by the MPG and torque. The quality and luxuriousness of this car is not disappointing. Ray came through on his promise to cut me a smoking deal without the usual battle that takes place once in the negotiating office. Moved over to finance and were presented many options. Now it was way past closing time. I wasn't hurried. After finance Ray took ample time to pair both my phone and my wife's. He spent tons of time explain everything in the drivers seat. This vehicle has so much. I felt like I was showing my age in lack of understanding of all things computerized. Again Ray was more than patient and I never caught him looking at his watch. Truly a hassle free buying experience. Ray is a great listener and honed in on my needs and wants and hit a homerun! More

He hesitated a few seconds and then said, "Come right in and I'll figure it out." I got a beautiful A6 loaner immediately and the whole transaction took maybe 2 minutes to complete! What a great experience!! More

I always receive top-notch customer support and I purchased my A4 from Audi just over two years ago, and have since had it serviced by Audi regularly. I always receive top-notch customer support and amazing service! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. I recently had my pistons replaced due to a defect, and everything was completely covered under the CPO warranty. My service rep Brett Van Gompel was a true professional and kept me appraised of my car's status the entire time. I'm an Audi customer for life! More
Unfortunately it was the dirtiest laon car that I ever drive I took my Q7 to service. My advisor Julio was great, he was very polite and friendly. I had no problem with him at all. Other employees were very friendly as well. However, the loan car that they have provided was so so so dirty. I had to take it to wash to go to work.... I have a mercedes as well, and when I take it to service, they give me a mint condition loan car. And the other thing is, my car was not washed well after the service. These are the things which are called "complimentary" but being have to wash the loan car to drive it, was really not a complimentary at all... These are very important things. I used to have a BMW and they were also just like a mercedes. Always clean my car after service just like a brand new. and the loan car they provide is always super clean and nice. More

PAINFUL LESSON TURNED POSITIVE THX TO SD AUDI!!!! I purchased a 2009 Audi Avant A4 wagon from DON BRAGG 2 years ago. I travel 25K miles a year so it was time for me to turn my A4 wagon. I loved the I purchased a 2009 Audi Avant A4 wagon from DON BRAGG 2 years ago. I travel 25K miles a year so it was time for me to turn my A4 wagon. I loved the car and my experience with their service department (GEORGE GUSHLAK) was excellent. I was hesitant to buy another due to repairs I had on it - but every repair was covered under the 100K CPO. When my car was in for repairs, I was always given a beautiful Audi loaner car and they made every effort to work around my hectic schedule. I had owned 3 Volvo wagons prior to my Audi so I was still not sure I'd get another Audi. In November I started looking at a variety of cars. Nothing thrilled me like Audi. DON BRAGG KNOWS HIS AUDI PRODUCT INSIDE AND OUT. He is polite and no pressure. Desperate to make a decision, I went in last week to look at an Allroad wagon Don had told me about but thought I could settle for a Honda CRV (less cost, , reliable, good mileage). In my heart, it was a step down from the luxury wagons I had driven and I do not like SUV's. I bought the Honda and the minute I got home I called Don to tell him I had made a huge mistake. Audi took the Honda back (without the cooling off agreement) and gave me the option of taking my old A 4 wagon back or anything from their inventory. Their main goal was to have a happy customer, not make a sale. I was stunned. SD Audi offered me top dollar for my A 4 wagon (more than any other dealer did) and an amazing deal on their Allroad wagon. All I can say is they have won me over!!! I am now a very proud owner of a car that suits me, is visually stunning and a pleasure to drive. YOU CANNOT PUT A PRICE ON QUALITY NOR LUXURY SERVICE - it goes hand in hand and Audi SD has demonstrated that to me since I bought my first vehicle there. THANK YOU to the incredible staff there. More
