My experience buying this car was so easy. I flew in from Nebraska to buy this car and drive it home. About a month ago I started looking for a CPO or a new Audi SUV, from Q5 to Q7, even if I can find a SQ5. I had test driving them too during the search. This last Sunday my wife and I went to Audi and dec Audi SUV, from Q5 to Q7, even if I can find a SQ5. I had test driving them too during the search. This last Sunday my wife and I went to Audi and decided to buy a brand new 2025 Q5. The whole time from my beginning looking Lucas is our sales person to work with. Lucas is a very knowledgeable and patient person who never pushes me for anything. Instead he listens to my needs and helps me to get my goals. Thank you so much Lucas! Here I’d like to also thank you to Lisa, she is financial adviser, she is really on the customer side, helping me to lower the interest rate. Audi bank gave us 5.99% interest rate. She could say that it is for you and end of the story, but she is not. She called several banks to lower the rate! From the very first phone call, my experience was excellent. I spoke with Lucas about a specific car, and he went out of his way to make sure it was on the lot before we made the hour-long drive. When we arrived, both the manager and finance department were incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
