My first time at Audi SLC service was the BEST ever car service I have ever experienced. Setting up the appointment online was super easy, and when I arrived they had a designated rep walk me through the p service I have ever experienced. The video report of my car was great, I have never seen that done before. I was able to see under the car. They arranged Uber for me to my place of work and back and it couldn’t have been any smoother. I only wish that I had bought an Audi sooner. I’m looking forward to using Audi Salt Lake service in the future. More

Since it's a busy season for car maintenance, I made an appointment and got SLC. I have always had an amazing time with their sales and service team. Nick was the service advisor who assisted me, and I must say, he provided outstanding customer service. Nick briefed me on the maintenance plan and estimated costs. And guess what? Everything was completed as promised! Smith did a great job on the video explaining the virtual inspection of my car, and to top it off, my car was washed too!
