1.5hr service turned into almost 3hrs Service was performed to my satisfaction but the estimated time and their lack of knowing where the car was in the process was not very impressive. T Service was performed to my satisfaction but the estimated time and their lack of knowing where the car was in the process was not very impressive. They were sitting on the car for 45min telling me it was in the wash when it was actually done with service, sitting in the lot. The wash was not complete and after realizing it was just sitting outside, they said I could wait another 20min for the car wash. If I didn't press them on getting my car back it could have been another 30-60 min. Unfortunately they are the only Audi dealer in town so no choice in the future but my hope would be next time will be better. More

The Worst. Ever. Pretty much one of the worst relationships with a retailer I've encountered - from the time I ordered my vehicle (which arrived 2 months late, and the Pretty much one of the worst relationships with a retailer I've encountered - from the time I ordered my vehicle (which arrived 2 months late, and then was the wrong model), to the service team that acts super busy talking on the phone and fails to even acknowledge your presence, just an awful customer experience. Oh, and the $1,800 to replace the front brakes and $4,400 to replace a headlight (when an LED is defective) - 20 years owning Audi's but never again - it just doesn't make sense to buy a car from these people. Disappointed Getting ready to drive my new Audi off the lot I was given only one key. I asked James about a second key and he told me he would look for it and tha Getting ready to drive my new Audi off the lot I was given only one key. I asked James about a second key and he told me he would look for it and that he had a drawer full of extra keys. Also, the holder for the license plate had a part that was loose and we couldn’t get the bolt out to attach the temporary plates. James said that when I came to pick up my plates he would have the part we needed ordered to be able to put my plates on. Two weeks later I sent a text asking about the second key and got no response from James. When I went to pick up my plates no one knew anything about a second key or the part needed to attach my plates. When James was called he said he’d have to do some research and call me. I worked with Dace in the service department who told me he would order me a second key and the part needed for my plates. Dace said he would call me that night or next day to let me know what was going on. I never heard from him and I’ve not heard from James. Promises, promises and no delivery. I will NOT buy another car from Strong Audi or recommend them to friends and family. More

Made me feel welcome and understood my needs and situation. No pressure, answered questions fully and patiently. The tech who demonstrated car functions was pleasant, understood my unfamiliarity with technical matters and went over everything with care and clarity; reviewed key functions to make sure I understood everything--even wrote down a couple of instructions. Could not have asked for better service from when I first when in to when I drove away. More
