Dropped my vehicle off for its scheduled maintenance. Came back several hours later to check the status and was told the service was finished and it just needed to be washed and would be done in about 20 Came back several hours later to check the status and was told the service was finished and it just needed to be washed and would be done in about 20 minutes. I then sent my husband home. Well that 20 minutes turned into 1 and half hours later. I periodically checked in and was told each time “oh it’s just being pulled in to be washed, another 10 mins” I finally just asked for my car back so that I could leave. They brought it back promptly, but it was unwashed. I don’t know where the miscommunication took placed but as a customer I felt very unappreciated and that my time was invaluable to them. More
