Avoid if you can, I clicked yes with hesitation. Read review I have used them for service only because they are conveniently located. The quarters were in the cup holder under a bottle of water, so the technician must have been looking for it. When I complained, the manager was apologetic but said they cannot do anything about it. That, of course, is not true. They must have had records of who handled my car. Their telephone service sucks, Nobody ever picks up. But, Max Aaron is great. Immensely helpful and polite, if you are lucky enough to get to him over the phone. He is also very knowledgeable and helped me solve minor problems over the phone. I was shopping recently for a new Audi so I stopped by. When I walked in the showroom, the salespeople were doing desk work. I was air for them, probably because I did not look rich enough to be a serious customer. Did I mention that I was shopping for my third Audi? I approached one of the salesmen and asked for a brochure. I was assured that Audi no longer issues printed version. Everything is on the Internet. I got a beautiful brochure at another dealership. You can guess where I bought my new Audi. More

I just keep returning! Joe never stopped being helpful after he sold me my Q7. He has filled up my tank for some minor inconvenience, checks in on me regularly always stoppi Joe never stopped being helpful after he sold me my Q7. He has filled up my tank for some minor inconvenience, checks in on me regularly always stopping to chat when I come in for my weekly car washes, and most recently stopped what he was doing to check on what packages I had bought for my car after telling him about my dog scratching my car. He checked my car into service , got the scratches buffed out & had them totally detail my car. It looks like new again! This is truly the best service I have ever received at any dealership...and I have been to many! I am so happy I met Joe & decided on Audi over BMW!!! More
