Recently I experienced an unusual and serious problem with my Q5 and Maria led me to Bryan Webster to oversee the repairs and tirelessly advocate for me every step of the way. They both provided service that was well above and beyond what was required and treated my concerns with respect and expediency. Bryan managed and anticipated all the needs of this repair to stay ahead of what could have been a much longer process. His appreciation for my concerns and informative updates showed experience and excellence in customer care;. He worked carefully to ensure every detail was at the minimal cost and impact to me as the owner. My convenience and satisfaction was as much a priority as the quality of work performed. A loaner was provided even before my car could be transferred to Audi Rockville's care! What could have been a protracted and difficult experience was made brief and painless--confirming my loyalty to the Audi brand and specifically Audi Rockville. Service Department lacking When taking delivery of my CPO A6 it was found that the glove box had a broken latch. This was somehow missed by the service department during the CP When taking delivery of my CPO A6 it was found that the glove box had a broken latch. This was somehow missed by the service department during the CPO process despite the fact that it was clearly listed on the CPO checklist. During the sale it was noted in all of the paperwork that the latch needed repaired and all the parts were put on order. I took the car home very happy with my sales experience. However, dealing with the service department has turned out to be less than desired. When the parts came in about a week and a half later, I promptly made an appointment and drove the two hours back to Rockville to have the repair done. Four hours later I was informed that they did not have all the parts and I would have to come back. So, four hours of driving wasted. A week later, Bryan called and informed me the parts were in. I verified with the parts department that everything was in fact there and then I made another appointment. I drove back down and after another 3-4 hours of waiting, I was informed that they still needed another part: the lock for the glove box. So an additional 4 hours of driving time wasted. I was told by Bryan that they would send me the lock and I could install it myself. Fine. I left with the glove box mostly fixed. When the lock arrived it turned out I couldn't install it because the glove box door latch needed to be removed again. I eventually called Audi of America who got involved and with their help, and the help of Corey Pardue in Rockville Audi sales, I was able to have the final work done with my local dealer and it is finally complete nearly four months after the sale date. It is unfortunate that I was lied to multiple times while dealing with the Rockville Audi service department. I would not recommend them for service although their sales department was great. More

Sometimes I have been hyper paranoid about my car and they always appear more than happy and willing to look at anything I ask them to no matter how insane the request. Recently I moved to Philadelphia and have tried several Audi service departments in the area and they do not compare. Now I make a 2.5 hour trek to get my car serviced at Rockville just because it's that good. Max, Bryan, and Matt are the guys to see. They are really helpful, friendly, and just plain easy to work with. Chris in sales sold me my most recent car and that guys is pretty darn cool also - he paid attention to my needs and found me the car I wanted really quickly. More

My car is always in top condition when I leave and they go out of their way to treatment with great respect. Incompetent and Rude I had scheduled a 25K service appointment for my 2013 A3 with Rockville Audi. This would have been my first visit to this particular dealership but it I had scheduled a 25K service appointment for my 2013 A3 with Rockville Audi. This would have been my first visit to this particular dealership but it was closer to my current home. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Friday morning. I provided a list of everything that had to be done online and indicated that if the car needed to stay overnight I would need a rental car. When I arrived, the service agent helping had a hard time finding my information, took a long time to check in the car. He indicated that they would likely have to keep the car overnight but that they had run out of rental cars. I had to shuttle to Enterprise Rental several blocks further north (in the opposite direction from where I needed to go). I had been told that I would be given an update on the car and an estimate on costs between 10 am and 2 pm that same day. By 4 pm I still had not heard anything. When I called I only got voicemail initially, then finally reached Raymond who told me that they hadn't even looked at the car and were not planning to until Monday. I was about to ask a question about the rental car as well as expected time of completion as I had not planned on such a lengthy time without my car. Raymond just replied that he couldn't say anything until Monday and hung up! I called back again and again only reached the front desk who told me that no one was available in the service department (seconds after I had been disconnected) but that she would send an urgent email message asking someone to return my call. 5 pm, 6 pm the rest of the evening came and went without a return call. The next morning at 9 am I called again on my way to an appointment. Again I was told that no one was available in the service department. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he too was unavailable but that she would be happy to send an email requesting urgent call back. I then said that since this had not worked the day before, it would be best if I simply came back and picked up the car to service elsewhere. I returned the rental car at 3 pm to the dealership and picked up my car which had been sitting in the broiling sun all this time. On Monday I received a call from the rental car agency indicating that the car had only been returned that morning and wanting to charge me three days of rental insurance. We managed to correct that. On Tuesday I received a call again from Raymond in the Service Department, proceeding to tell me that the technician was still working on my car (?!). When I pointed out that I was actually sitting in my car and that it was not at the dealership, he said that he was simply going off the technician's notes! I have rarely seen such combination of incompetence and poor customer service and cannot under any circumstances recommend this Audi Service Dept. More
