Joel Mugisha is my service advisor and he make sure my car is ready on time and all repairs are done successfully. Oftentimes when I have immediate repairs to be done, he always gets me in line pretty quick and no hassle at all. He is an outstanding employee I must say for his courtesy and high level of service. Terrible Dervice I purchaed a pre-owned vehicle less than a month ago. The check engine light came on so I took it to the service department to have them check it only I purchaed a pre-owned vehicle less than a month ago. The check engine light came on so I took it to the service department to have them check it only to be told that diagnosing a check engine light is NOT covered under the 30 day/1000 mile warranty. Also stated that I purchased the vehicle "as is" since it was pre-owned. Seemed very disinterested in helping me. More

Service Excellence I've been purchasing highline cars for nearly a decade. This is my first experience with the Audi product, and I'm very happy. What swayed me to I've been purchasing highline cars for nearly a decade. This is my first experience with the Audi product, and I'm very happy. What swayed me to Rockville Audi was the customer service during the purchase and the cherry on top is the service department. Cars today nearly drive the same, there's really minimal differences when you're in the $80-$100,000 range, however Service and the way your car is maintenanced is what can be the deciding factor. Max was my service writer, and also had a great conversation with Chuck, the shop foreman. Both of them took the time to set my service appointment up and even though my car is modified extensively there were no problems with getting a basic oil change. Having a dealer be cognizant that customers will accesories their vehicle to their liking and not cause issues during service appointment is a relief. Just don't expect them to replace your turbos if you walk in there and say your car blew up and you don't know how. What you can expect is excellent service if you are honest and forthcoming. You reap what you sow. More

There was a factory recall on parts in my car, and I scheduled a time to have it taken care of. Somebody else dropped the car off for me. The service center lost track of what work was supposed to be done, but rather than call me to ask, they proceeded to assume that I wanted routine service. The person dropping off the car signed off on getting "service", understanding that phrase to mean what I had discussed with the Service Department when I scheduled the visit. They then called to see if I would like an additional $5000 worth of services I didn't ask for. I ended up getting charged around $700 for a bunch of useless maintenance (the car had routine service completed 2 weeks before) and was refused a refund. None of the work that I actually requested was completed, so in the best case scenario I'm out $700 and without access to my car for 2 days, all for the sake of taking care of a problem caused by the manufacturer. Terrible experience. More

The Rockville dealeship has been amazing, Maria is best I took my Q7 2007 for a service routine in the morning, two weeks ago. The service manager called me on the same day saying the repair report will be I took my Q7 2007 for a service routine in the morning, two weeks ago. The service manager called me on the same day saying the repair report will be ready the next morning.On the next day around noon I received the report with the list of repair that my car needed after being parked for one year while I was in Dubai for work. The repair list was long and costly.. I called (Maria Cokinos) the same sales person who sold me the "Q7" and and an "A4" , asking her opinion. Maria suggested to me to move forward with a 2016 Audi and gave me couple options to fit my budget. Maria was professional, knowledgeable and quick. Maria knew what I wanted, she was able to provide me with the perfect car to fit my life style & my budget in the desired color and the interior color too. Maria also worked closely with the financial department to make sure I return home with the new car. I ended up leasing a beautiful Q3 2016 in a white exterior and a black interior, drove home with the new car and loving it. Looking forward to buy a Porshe Macon from Maria Cokinos in 2017. I love working with Maria Cokinos, I will always go back to the Audi dealership in Rockville and will look for Maria again!! More
