I had an appointment to test drive a used A6 to only be informed by Maria that it had just been sold. Seeing my frustration and the fact that I traveled a good distance in hopes of purchasing that particular car, Maria quickly looked to see what other vehicles that were on hand for me to consider. She located another A6 which was better equipped than the model I had initially come to see and at the same price point. Her knowledge of the vehicle and all of it's technology was quickly evident when we went on our test drive as she was able to answer all of my questions. Maria made the car buying process as pleasant as can be along with Dustin Prieto in the finance office. At no time was I pressured to make a decision but only informed of the various financial options available to me. Great experience with Alex Max—twice in a row! Max helped us find a great Allroad last year. I decided to make the trek to Rockville from Arlington (during rush hour) to check out this dealership, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decisio I decided to make the trek to Rockville from Arlington (during rush hour) to check out this dealership, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Alex was easily one of, if not the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He put no pressure on me, was extraordinarily knowledgeable about every facet of the car I was interested in (A6), and was as helpful and friendly as can be. Dustin was walking me through all of the paper work and such, and I let him know I wasn't interested in any additional coverage or packages. He didn't try and aggressively push anything on me after I told him that, which is such a rarity- and refreshing. We ended up chatting for ~30 minutes about some mutual interests, and this was well after the dealership was closed. I cannot recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen any higher- it was a wonderful experience, and I know where i'm headed next time I need an Audi- to Rockville to see Alex and Dustin. More
