It was in port scheduled for some Pennsylvania dealership. When we got to the cost he beat the maximum discount reported in Audi forums. The same day I decided to go meet him. He ran the numbers for alternative leases in five minutes. A very informative Tristan demoed a car with similar packages. Found out Brian was the Director at Porsche in Tysons Corner. Respectful and well educated – you will want him as a friend. Just go talk to him and you will understand. Long story short – the best car shopping experience so far (eight cars and counting)… More

After working with Maria in late 2013 to lease a new Q5, I called her again about two weeks ago to ask to test-drive a 2015 A6. As she had done previously, she took the time to answer all my questions, review the features and benefits of the A6 and show me the many models available at the dealership. In our several interactions, Maria has always been polite, professional and knowledgeable about the products Audi offers and a delight to work with. She is responsive to inquiries and follows up quickly. I've bought or leased more than a dozen cars and this was the most positive experience I've ever had. Keep it up, Maria! More

Sold me a Wrecked Car I purchased as used car from them 3 weeks ago; worst experience. The Acura I purchased was involved in a front end collision. The CarFax states it was I purchased as used car from them 3 weeks ago; worst experience. The Acura I purchased was involved in a front end collision. The CarFax states it was never wrecked. I would have never bought it if known it was in an accident! I don't know what type of history is with this car. I do know the value is less because of it being wrecked. A service representative even showed me a child seat tether was broken when I took it in for an inspection. Should have know not to purchase from them as I was shuffled between four different sales representatives from start to finish. One telling me over the phone there were was no curb rash then another telling me that all keys were with the vehicle, however when I got there I was told a different story. Sales manager ordered me another key and even though the "we owe" states it was to be programmed; it wasn't when it arrived; not even cut!. Sales rep kept pushing to run my credit when I clearly had brought a bank check. Like I said it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my tags. The temporary tag wasn't even properly put on; had to fix it so wouldn't blow off.In addition, the car wasn't even delivered with a full tank of gas. I followed up with the used car manager about the situation; never received a response. Obviously dealership only cares about the money, not customer service. Stay clear of this dealership! They aren't BBB accredited and have an "F" rating. More
