He then introduced me to his Sales Associate, Maria Cokinos. I was very impressed with Maria as she was very professional and she was able to find the vehicle for my needs. As I test drove the Audi A4 quattro, she explained this vehicle, inside and out. I was very nervous about buying a vehicle without my husband being present but through the process, I felt confident and very satisfied with my purchase. Many great Experiences. My Family has been purchasing Audi's from Rockville Audi(and Porsche) since December 2012. Personally I have had 4 Audis in the time with the rest of my Family purchasing another Bakers Dozen. (our family likes change) On every occasion, we have just walked in on short notice when we see something on their website and we want to Test Drive. Alex Max has always been the Go-to Guy. I actually consider him a friend at this point. He and I have developed a Candid relationship, to the point where he knows what I would like and what I wouldn't like. He and his colleagues have seldomly led me down a path I would regret, as a car purchase is one of the biggest decisions. Always checking in to make sure that all is good. Whenever an issue occurs and I show up to the service department, I am always treated with respect and made sure that whatever problem that its dealt with. That is rare in the car biz. (from experience). On one of my car purchases I was in and out (Test Drive, Trade, and Finance) within about the time it takes to see a short movie. Which is pretty impressive because Ive never gone in there and it not be busy. Stand up guys, obviously there is the Car Dealership Bullsnit but they know the product and if you know what you should pay walking in, then its a great, and almost fun experience. Audi A6 CPO purchase I was searching for the perfect for me C7 A6 CPO for a couple weeks. I finally found one I was interested in at Rockville Audi approximately 2 hours I was searching for the perfect for me C7 A6 CPO for a couple weeks. I finally found one I was interested in at Rockville Audi approximately 2 hours from me. Upon visiting the dealer, I was set up with Maria Cokinos who dealt with my entire purchase process. Maria accompanied me on a very thorough test-drive of the A6 I was considering. She was very patient and answered any and all of my questionsI had while I went over the condition of the vehicle. She never once seemed to get frustrated or annoyed when I would keep coming to her with questions. The car was in fantastic condition with some light scratches on the trunk lid. The service department polished these out prior to delivery and the trunk now looks nearly perfect. For the financing portion, I met with Nick Rotruck. He also answered all of my questions I had during that whole process. He was very friendly and explained all the documentation well prior to me signing anything. I am very happy with the service I received from Maria and Nick at Rockville Audi. It was definitely worth the drive down to Rockville, MD to not only purchase the vehicle I had been on the hunt for, but also for the very friendly and professional sales experience I had. More

Larry Servin who is the store general manager and Nick who is the Business Manager, ensured that i was comfortable at every step of the process in explaining the documentation. the loan process was quick and i was offered very competitive rates and were willing to work with me on all of finance process. this is my 4th car and certainly the entire team at Audi Rockville made my trip and purchase very easy.
